How to Activate Your Reward Card

To register and activate your digital reward card, please follow the steps below carefully.

Step 1: Visit the Activation Website

Go to the following link: https://usaconnect-ch.mycardplace.com/cholder

Step 2: Activate Your Card

· Click on “Activate Card”.

· You will be redirected to a page where you need to enter the full Card Number provided to you.

Step 3: Enter Your Details

· Enter your personal information and billing address details accurately.

· Click “Submit” to proceed.

Step 4: Create Your Account

· Select “Sign In”, which will take you to the Welcome page.

· Click “Create User” to complete the account setup process.

Important Notes

· This card is available exclusively to residents of the United States. A valid U.S. residential address is mandatory for card activation. Non-U.S. residents are not eligible to activate or use this card.

· Your digital card must be both registered and activated before use.

· Registering your card links your name and address to the card.

· When making online purchases, you must use the exact same name and address that were entered during card registration to avoid transaction declines.

6 Months

1. Eligibility & Residency

This card is available exclusively to residents of the United States. A valid U.S. residential address is mandatory for card activation. Non-U.S. residents are not eligible to activate or use this card.

If a non-U.S. resident proceeds with the purchase or issuance of this card, the card shall remain non-cancellable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Card Type & Usage

· This is a Virtual Visa Card.

· The card may be used only for online transactions.

· Physical, in-store, ATM, or offline usage is strictly not supported.

3. Activation Requirements

· Users must not use any VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service during card activation.

· Activation attempts made using VPNs may result in activation failure, transaction decline, or card suspension.

4. Address Verification & Mandatory Match

The billing address used during card activation must be an exact and 100% match with the billing address entered while using the card for online merchant transactions.

· Any mismatch in address details (including street name, apartment/unit number, city, state, ZIP code, or country) may result in transaction decline.

· Multiple failed attempts caused by address mismatch may lead to temporary suspension or permanent blocking of the card.

· Cards blocked due to address mismatch are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

5. Email Address Requirement

The email address used during card activation must be the same email address used for making purchases and redeeming the card. Using different email addresses may result in failed transactions, redemption issues, or card suspension.

6. Merchant Acceptance

Acceptance of this card is solely at the discretion of individual merchants.

While the card is denominated in USD and may be used globally wherever Visa is accepted, some merchants may not support prepaid or virtual cards, and transactions may be declined accordingly.

For online or over-the-phone food/restaurant ordering, this card will place a 20% gratuity hold on top of the total. Your card may be declined if your balance cannot accommodate this additional gratuity. The gratuity is a hold, it will be put back to your card within approximately 7-10 business days.

7. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable

Once issued, the card is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of:

· Usage issues

· Merchant acceptance

· Address or email mismatch

· Geographic restrictions

· User error

Users are strongly advised to verify merchant compatibility and intended use prior to activation or distribution.

8. Geographic Restrictions

This card is not available for issuance or use in certain countries and regions due to regulatory, compliance, or operational limitations.

Visa Cards reserves the right to update or amend this list at any time to remain compliant with applicable laws, sanctions, and internal policies.

9. Right to Suspend or Terminate

Visa Cards reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate any card or account if suspicious activity, policy violations, compliance risks, or misuse are detected.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the card constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
