The Faasos Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited under the brand name, authorized by the Reserve Bank of India.Holders of Gift Cards are required to add the stored value of the Gift Card into their EatSure User Account.The Gift Card is a pre-paid payment instrument subject to RBI guidelines. KYC details of the purchaser or redeemer may be shared with RBI or other statutory authorities as required.In case of incorrect or insufficient KYC details, the right to cancel the Gift Card is retained.The Gift Card can be purchased via debit or credit cards issued by Indian Banks, excluding cash or prepaid wallets.The Gift Card cannot be reloaded or used to purchase another Faasos Gift Card, and no cash withdrawals are permitted against it.The Gift Card is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/Android app using the 16-digit Gift Card number and the PIN at checkout.If service value exceeds the Gift Card value, the difference must be paid by other available payment methods.The Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until its value is exhausted, but only one Gift Card can be used per order.The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.The user is solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Card.The Gift Card is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.Any disputes regarding the Gift Card are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
